More About Me

I’m Jon, a qualified and friendly gardener providing garden maintenance and design in Bristol and the surrounding area.

I first got into horticulture whilst volunteering on a small organic farm in India, a million miles away from my London based office job. I relished the hard work and nurturing of crops, and on return worked for a landscaping company, where I helped on the redesigning of gardens. It wasn’t until a work outing to the Hampton Court Flower show that I became fully aware of the variety, beauty and possibility of plants and their gardens. During this time I also worked for a horticultural therapy charity and witnessed the enriching and empowering influence gardens and horticulture can have. It’s this combination of care and design that I aim to bring to my work.

I achieved RHS Level 2 in Horticulture at Bristol Botanic Gardens.
